- R1500 refundable breakage fee also to be paid before occupation date. Refund will Only be paid back electronically within 3 – 5 days after you have vacated the house to allow for proper inspection.
- R300 Cleaning fee per stay is payable before or on arrival.
- NO Smoking Inside the house. R1500 fine will be deducted from the breakage fee if there is any evidence of smoking inside the house. Please respect our No Smoking Policy and other non-smoking guests.
- Fleur Park Rules to be signed on arrival by a responsible person when booking-in. NB: Breaking any of these Rules you will LOSE your FULL DEPOSIT.
- The owner and management of Beachwood Cottage Self-catering shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage incurred.

1 – 7 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
8 – 30 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
More than 30 days before occupation date – 100% refund.
Peak Holidays – December – Easter and Official Long Weekends:
0 – 60 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
61 – 90 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
More than 90 days before occupation date – 100% refund.
